QUINN RESIDENCE, San Remo, FL

This is a design for a new 4700 sf waterfront residence on San Remo. The house is a celebration of the famous Sarasota School of Architecture style. The house is rendered in white stucco with accents of natural materials throughout and embracing the blurring of interior and exterior space.  One special feature is the glass edge on the lap pool which lets swimmers look out to the bay while underwater!

For this project, we designed the house, pool, and exteriors.  It was the first collaboration between Stephen and Mark.  And based on its success, led to many more projects and eventually culminated with the formation of B+C Modern Pools.
