HOW WE WORK
From Vision to Reality
We are a design-build company based in Sarasota. For all local projects, we will manage the entire process- from the initial free consultation, through design, construction drawings, permitting, and construction.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will meet with you to hear about your dreams and aspirations for your new pool and pool environment. The first meeting will determine the overall scope for the project and also a very preliminary target budget.
DESIGN
We will work with you to design your dream pool space. Using CAD and other 3D programs, we can help you to visualize design options. Working in-person and remotely, this is an “iterative” process- meaning that we work collaboratively back and forth with you until we arrive at the desired design.
COST ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULING
After the design is developed, we will then provide a detailed cost estimate and also a schedule of work.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During construction, we will provide construction supervision throughout. We take many photos- including drone shots-to document the entire process. And we will continue to assist you on any outstanding design decisions until your pool is completed.
